This form of whitening utilizes "strips" which cover the front six teeth of the top and bottom. There are two strengths, the "professional" and the "supreme".
The "professional" strips are twice as strong and the "supreme" strips are four times stronger than the over the counter strips found at your local drugstore. These strips are used twice a day for 30 minutes at a time for three weeks.
